One of the only house museums in the nation, the birthplace of Juliette Gordon Low, creator of Girl Scouts of the United States is a must visit in Savannah! At the museum, you’ll learn more about Low’s life and the movement she founded.
Stroll Through Forsyth Park
Spanning over 30 acres, Forsyth Park is home to the Confederate Memorial, half shell theatre, a café, and more. With ample room for sports, events, and other outdoor activities, people from all over the world come to visit the park and experience Forsyth fountain.
Visit on the weekends to experience the Farmer’s Market, the Savannah Jazz Festival, and free movies during the summer months.
Visit a Museum
Rainy day? Head to the Telfair Museum! One of the oldest public art museums in the Southeast, the Telfair Museum consists of two landmark buildings circa 1820 as well as the Jepson Center, which highlights unique exhibitions, tours, and collections.
Stroll Along the Savannah River
Hugging the river, River Street features cobblestone streets, historic buildings, restaurants, and shops for visitors to adventure through. The scenic stroll is a must-do when visiting Savannah!

Gallery Espresso was built in 1850 and features old fireplaces, views of Chippewa Square, and will give you all of the caffeine you need.
